Delivery & Returns
Delivery:
All orders are processed promptly and shipped using reliable courier services. Tracking information will be provided where available. Please inspect your parcel upon delivery if it appears damaged. Ensure it is marked as “damaged” with the courier before accepting, as unrecorded damage may void claims.
Returns:
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, unfitted, and returned in their original, undamaged packaging, along with proof of purchase. Please ensure you check fitment before mounting tyres. We are unable to accept returns if tyres have been fitted. Please contact us first at info@wheelcity.co.uk before sending any return.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Special-order items (including wheel & tyre packages)
Please note: Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are only available for items that arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email info@wheelcity.co.uk, and our team will review your case.
Wheel & Tyre Packages:
These are non-refundable unless Wheel City has previously confirmed compatibility with your vehicle. Any exceptions are handled at Wheel City’s discretion.
Damaged Goods:
All items are inspected before dispatch. Wheel City is not responsible for any damage occurring during transit. Damage claims must be submitted promptly, and the delivery must be marked as damaged to remain valid.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed with Wheel City.
