Ensure it is marked as “damaged” with the courier before accepting, as unrecorded damage may void claims.
Returns:
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, unfitted, and returned in their original, undamaged packaging, along with proof of purchase. Please ensure you check fitment before mounting tyres. We are unable to accept returns if tyres have been fitted. Please contact us first at info@wheelcity.co.uk before sending any return.
